Privacy and Cookie Notice
This notice explains the limited information used by the Witbacon website, the choices available to you, and what happens when you contact us.
1. Who is responsible
Witbacon is responsible for the website content and the optional analytics configuration described here. Questions about this notice can be sent to consulting@witbacon.com.
2. Essential website operation
Static hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser type, date, time, and technical error details to deliver and secure the site. Witbacon does not use an account system, advertising cookies, or a server-side contact-form database on this website.
3. Your analytics choice
Google Analytics is optional. The Google Tag script is not requested until you select Accept analytics. Selecting Essential only leaves analytics disabled. You can reopen Cookie settings from any page footer.
The site stores the choice under witbacon-consent-v1 in your browser's local storage. You can
remove it through your browser settings, which will cause the site to ask again on a future visit.
4. Inquiry email generator
The inquiry brief form runs in your browser. It formats the information you enter into a
mailto: link and opens your email application. The website does not receive or store those
form fields. If you send the email, the message is then handled by your email provider and ours as part of
normal business correspondence.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed for the initial discussion.
5. Retention and choices
Your local privacy choice remains in your browser until it is changed or cleared. Business emails are retained only as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential engagement, keep appropriate business records, or meet applicable obligations.
6. Contact and updates
You may contact us to ask about information you have provided by email or to request an appropriate correction or deletion. This notice may be updated when the website's data practices change; the date at the top identifies the current version.
